What booking software should do
Good booking software removes work for both sides. The client sees open times and confirms in a minute. The host gets a meeting in the calendar without writing a single message. Everything in between, such as time zones, reminders and changes, is handled for you. This is what separates a booking tool from a simple calendar link. The guest gets a smooth experience, and the team keeps its attention on the work.
HourMeet focuses on teams, where booking is more than showing a calendar. It decides who takes the meeting, collects the right information first and keeps the load fair. A client facing team can publish one link and trust the rules behind it.
Core booking features
Every plan includes the basics that make bookings reliable.
- Unlimited booking pages and meeting types
- Availability rules with working hours, buffers, minimum notice and daily limits
- Time zone aware slots for host and guest
- Email reminders and follow ups
- Reschedule and cancel links and a calendar invitation file
- Calendar, video conferencing and CRM connections by category
Built for teams, not only individuals
Many booking tools were designed for one person and extended later. HourMeet starts from the team. Round robin shares meetings fairly, collective meetings find times when several people are free, and first available takes the earliest opening. Routing forms ask a few questions and show the matching person.
Admins manage meeting types, roles and branding in one place. Business and Enterprise add SSO and an audit log, and the AI meeting prep brief gives hosts context before the call.
Plans and pricing
Starter costs $49 per month for up to 5 members. Team costs $149 per month for up to 20 members and adds round robin, collective meetings and routing forms. Business costs $499 per month for up to 75 members. Enterprise is priced individually for large organisations.
Yearly billing takes 50 percent off. You pay for the team, not for each seat, so a new hire does not change the invoice until you pass the member limit. Usage limits, such as meeting prep briefs, are listed clearly for each plan. The pricing page has a calculator to compare this with a per seat price.
