Interview Scheduling Software for Recruiting Teams

HourMeet is interview scheduling software for recruiting leads who coordinate candidates, hiring managers and panels. Candidates pick a slot that every needed interviewer can attend.

Stop trading availability by email

Scheduling an interview often means asking a candidate for times, asking interviewers for times, and comparing the two. Each round adds a day. With a booking page, the candidate sees only slots that work for the interviewers and confirms immediately.

Each stage of your process can have its own meeting type, such as a recruiter screen, a hiring manager call or a technical conversation. The candidate receives a link for the stage they are in, and the right interviewers are attached to it. Recruiters stop acting as a switchboard between calendars and spend their time on candidates instead.

Panels and rotations

Some interviews need one person and others need several. HourMeet covers both cases with team modes, and you can mix them across the stages of one hiring process.

  • Collective meetings offer only times when every panel member is free
  • Round robin shares first round screens across recruiters
  • First available gives the candidate the earliest opening
  • Buffers leave time for notes between interviews

Time zones and candidate experience

Candidates and interviewers are often in different places. HourMeet shows each slot in the time zone of the person looking at it and sends invitations that convert correctly in any calendar. The confirmation includes a video link and a calendar file, and reminders go out before the interview.

Reschedule and cancel links keep candidates in control. If an interview moves, the slot returns to the calendar and the interviewers are updated, so no one is left waiting on a call that did not happen. Recruiters can see the full picture in their own calendar without a separate tracking sheet.

Consistent process and flat pricing

Admins can manage meeting types centrally, so every recruiter uses the same lengths and questions. Custom questions collect a role, a portfolio link or a preferred language before the interview. A consistent process also helps candidates, because every conversation starts the same way and feels organised from the first message.

Team costs $149 per month for up to 20 members and includes collective meetings and round robin. Business costs $499 per month for up to 75 members and adds SSO and an audit log. Yearly billing is 50 percent lower. Adding another interviewer does not add a seat charge.

Questions

Yes. A collective meeting shows only times when all selected interviewers are free, and the invitation goes to everyone.

Yes. Every confirmation and reminder contains reschedule and cancel links, and the calendars of all hosts update.

Set daily limits and buffers per host. The calendar then hides any slot beyond those limits.
