Pricing and plans
HourMeet charges one flat price per team: Starter 49 dollars, Team 149 and Business 499 a month, with yearly billing at half price. Enterprise is priced for your organisation. There is no free plan, and the builder on the home page is a one time sample. You can cancel any time from billing settings and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Calendars, video and time zones
HourMeet works with the major calendar providers and video conferencing tools. Guests see times in their own time zone, computed for each date, so daylight saving is handled. Only free and busy times are read for availability, and event details are never shown to guests.
Team features
Round robin rotates meetings with fairness rules or availability first. Routing forms ask questions before booking and show the guest the right person or team. The AI meeting prep brief uses the guest's form answers and their public company website only. SSO and an audit log are part of Business and Enterprise.
