Get time back from booking
In a small business, the owner often handles scheduling alone. Each call takes several messages, and some of them end with a missed meeting. A booking link replaces that thread. You send it once, and the client does the rest.
You can put the link on your website, in your email signature and in proposals, so clients can book while they are thinking about it. The client sees your open times, picks one and gets a confirmation at once. You are no longer the person who has to keep a diary in your head.
Rules that fit a busy day
You decide when you can be booked, and the calendar follows your rules. Your connected calendar from a calendar provider is checked live, so a personal appointment or a site visit blocks the slot automatically.
- Working hours and days off
- Buffers before and after each meeting
- Minimum notice for new bookings
- Daily limits so a day never fills completely
- Time zone detection for clients elsewhere
Grows with the business
Start with a single page for yourself. When a second person joins, add a team page so clients can book whoever is free. Round robin shares calls fairly, and a routing form can send each client to the right person once you have several services.
Reminders and follow up emails go out by email, and the confirmation includes a calendar file and a video link when the meeting is online. Your own logo appears on every booking page, so clients recognise your business at once. Questions on the page let you collect what you need, such as the service wanted or the address of a job, before the call.
Plans for small teams
Starter costs $49 per month and includes up to 5 team members, unlimited booking pages and meeting types, reminders and your logo. Team costs $149 per month for up to 20 members, with round robin, routing forms, branding and your own domain for pages. Yearly billing is 50 percent lower than monthly.
The price is for the whole team, so hiring a new person does not change your bill until you pass the member limit of the plan. For questions about plans, write to [email protected].
