One team link instead of a dozen individual ones
When a prospect wants a call, they should not need to know who is free. A team page lists your open times as a group and assigns the meeting for you. The guest sees one calendar, picks one slot and receives one confirmation with the name of the host.
You decide who belongs to each team and who is available for which meeting type. A person can sit on several teams, for example sales and customer success, with different rules on each.
Three ways to assign a meeting
Different meetings need different logic, so HourMeet offers three team modes on a single page setup. You can switch the mode at any time without changing the link you already shared.
- Round robin rotates meetings fairly, or maximises availability by offering every slot that at least one person can take
- Collective meetings show only times when all selected hosts are free, which suits panel calls and joint reviews
- First available gives the meeting to whoever can take the earliest open time
Fair load and fewer double bookings
Each host connects a calendar from a calendar provider, and HourMeet checks it live before offering a slot. A person who is in another meeting is simply not offered. Buffers, daily limits and minimum notice apply per host, so nobody gets a day packed from start to finish.
Managers can see how meetings are distributed and adjust the rotation when someone is on leave. Round robin and collective modes are included from the Team plan.
Roles, managed meeting types and one price
Admins can manage meeting types centrally, so every account executive offers the same demo with the same questions and length. Roles control who edits team pages and who only hosts. Business and Enterprise add SSO and an audit log for larger organisations.
The price does not depend on how many people take calls. Team costs $149 per month for up to 20 members, and Business costs $499 per month for up to 75. Yearly billing takes 50 percent off. A growing team does not trigger a new invoice for every added seat.
