AI Scheduler That Prepares You for Every Meeting

HourMeet is an AI scheduler that does more than find a time. Before each call, the host receives a short brief built from the guest form answers and the public website of the guest company.

A short brief in your inbox before the call

Booking a meeting is half the work. The other half is arriving prepared. With AI meeting prep, HourMeet writes a concise brief for the host before the meeting starts, so the first minutes go to the real conversation instead of basic research.

The brief is meant to be read in a minute. It gathers what the guest told you and what the company says about itself publicly, and puts both in one place.

What goes into the brief

The brief uses two sources only. It does not scan private accounts or purchase data about people.

  • The answers the guest gave on your booking page or routing form
  • The public website of the guest company, such as what it offers and who it serves
  • The meeting type, time and host, so the brief matches the purpose of the call

How hosts use it

A sales rep can open the brief on the way into a demo and see the company size, the stated problem and the products the company sells. A consultant can check the topic the client wants to discuss. A recruiting lead can review what a candidate wrote on the form before the interview starts.

The brief is a starting point, not a replacement for judgement. It is generated from what is available, and the host stays in control of the conversation. If the company website has little information, the brief says so rather than guessing.

Availability by plan

AI meeting prep briefs are included on Business at $499 per month, with 500 briefs per month, and on Enterprise with a custom allowance. Team includes 50 briefs per month. Starter does not include briefs. Usage counts consumption in the period, and deleting a brief does not return it.

Yearly billing is 50 percent lower than monthly. Briefs work with the same booking pages, round robin and routing forms your team already uses, so there is nothing separate to set up for each meeting.

Questions

Business and Enterprise are the plans built for it. Business includes 500 briefs per month and Enterprise has a custom allowance. Team includes 50 per month.

From the answers the guest entered on your form and from the public website of the guest company. Nothing else is used.
